In September 2000, the organization was officially registered by the cooperate affairs commission. The official  name was Integrated Educational Consultancy(INECON) Ltd

Production of high quality teachers who are well grounded in the most appropriate and current techniques and skills of teaching acquired through highly coordinated pedagogic and research oriented curriculum to facilitate the effective delivery of the Basic Education Programme in Nigeria.
