In January 2000, an educational consultancy outfit was initiated. The primary aim of which was to implement develop and promote educational services in the higher education strata. In September 2000, the organization was officially registered by the cooperate affairs commission. The official  name was Integrated Educational Consultancy(INECON) Ltd
